According to a news clip, the Moroccan Minister of Justice briefed the President of the National Council of the Italian Bar Association about the history of the Bar in Morocco and the great role it has played in the field of human rights and law in the national arena. or to establish a fair trial, while referring to the reforms that the government intends to bring to the jurisprudence in partnership with professionals.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to inform the Minister of Justice and the delegation accompanying him about the many years of Italian experience in the field of advocacy and professional law in Italy, as well as the various legal and professional relations established by Italian law for a lawyer and his role in organizing a fair trial.
The meeting was an occasion during which both sides considered the various legal and institutional reforms and legislative amendments carried out by the two countries, as well as an occasion to discuss the Moroccan and Italian experience in the field of law and advocacy, as well as the various problems associated with these areas caused by technological development and the complexity of social life.
