Madrani added in an explanation obtained by Hespress: “When something happens and a client decides to go to the police and file a formal complaint, we immediately cooperate with the local authorities and share the necessary data from our side after checking the official request of the authorities, as we cannot share information of our users without a formal request.”

And the press secretary continued: “When registering drivers, all of them are subject to mandatory verification according to the submitted documents: identity card, driver’s license, car license, criminal record. Drivers’ accounts are not activated without verification of these documents.”
