
Finance Minister Nadia Fattah overturned the decision of the National Social Reserve Fund to limit compensation for orthodontic treatment.

It has been established that the decision of the board of directors of the fund to limit these compensations and your issuance of memorandum No. 2023-1 on the enforcement of this decision are recognized as a violation of the provisions of Articles 7, 10, 11 and 12 of the Federal Law. On the basis of the foregoing, I request that you defer the entry into force of your aforementioned decision pending its submission to the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Agency for decision in accordance with the provisions of sections 59 and 85 of the aforementioned Law No. 65.00. , in accordance with the rules and procedures in force in this respect.
