On the basis of the foregoing, I request that you defer the entry into force of your aforementioned decision pending its submission to the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Agency for decision in accordance with the provisions of sections 59 and 85 of the aforementioned Law No. 65.00. , in accordance with the rules and procedures in force in this respect.
