Morocco reports 6 new coronavirus cases

Today, Friday, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection reported the registration of 6 new cases (Covid-19) compared to 15 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

And in the daily outcome bulletin (Covid-19), the ministry highlighted that 6 million 880 thousand 819 people received the third dose of the antiviral vaccine, and the number of people vaccinated with the second dose rose to 23 people. million 422 thousand 873 people compared to 24 million 921 thousand 379 people who received a dose. And the fourth commemorative dose recommended by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection for the elderly and people with disease factors was received by 60,447 people.

The ministry added that new HIV cases have increased the total number of confirmed cases in the Kingdom to one million 272 thousand 477 cases since the announcement of the first case on March 2, 2020, and the total number of cases of full recovery has reached 1 million 256 thousand 119 cases, at the rate of recovery 98.7 percent

And cases of infection over the past day were recorded in the areas of Casablanca-Settat (3), Rabat-Sale-Kenitra (2) and Marrakech-Safi (1).

The total number of active cases has reached 62, while no serious cases have been registered in the last 24 hours.
